Photo Editor

Main responsibilities include

  • Image and video sourcing for all departments: Content, Social Media, SEO, Campaign, Online Marketing, and PR, etc.
  • Orchestrating and developing our image and video library for global and country specific needs
  • Negotiating image deals and licensing with photo agencies, professional and amateur photographers, local tourist boards, etc.
  • Identifying and commissioning freelance photographers in cities around the world and negotiating competitive contracts
  • Image and video editing, such as retouching, cropping, SEO-optimising, improving imagery appropriately before use

Skills and Background

  • You have a background in photography – preferably within photo journalism or commercial photography, or a minimum of three years’ experience as Photo Editor
  • Expert skills with Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
  • Have an eye for detail and know inspiring and original travel photography when you see it
